Arrive Venice

Welcome to Italy! At Venice airport, you will meet your private English-speaking driver who will accompany you to the charming centrally located Venice hotel, where you will be welcomed by the friendly staff.
Venice, such a fascinating city: feel the atmosphere of the Gondolas and start to take in the history and works of art that are on every street corner.
Rest of the day is at leisure to settle into your new surroundings

Gourmet Walking Tour of Venice

Your second day begins with breakfast at your hotel, after which you will be ready for your first Italian gourmet and cultural experience.
You will meet your private guide, who will escort you to visit this unique city: you will see the Basilica and Piazza San Marco, the Marciana National Library and the Rialto Bridge, your guide will tell you lots of stories about these monuments, explaining when they were built, why and how.
You will hear how the local Venetian people live and discover all about their local fish and food markets, or about the interesting spices market imported from Turkey; you will learn how to savor the local street food called “Cicchetti”: an all-day past time here in the Italian Foodie Capital of Aperitifs, Prosecco and Venetian Spritz, which can be tasted whenever you want at the local famous Baccari Taverns: mostly well away from the common touristy routes!
Combined to the walking food experience, your guide will show you some interesting local shops and workshops, where local artisans make the very well-known Venetian Masks or work the leather, and you will breathe the real and local Venetian atmosphere away from the crowd.

Murano Glass Experience

After breakfast, you will meet a local guide in the center of Venice and a short walk through Venice's hidden streets and picturesque corners you will reach Murano island by public boat.
You can walk through Murano which is a group of seven islands connected through bridges, visiting the IX Century Cathedral of San Donato and reach the designed glass factory. During the visit to the glass factory, you will assist a glass master and get the chance to experience glass blowing and how to sculpture a piece of art learning first hand how the famous Murano glass is made.
Then join a workshop where you will create your self-made object in Murano glass. You can choose between glass beads jewellery where you will create your bracelet or pair of earring and mosaic workshop where you will create an ornament with many multicolour glass elements.

Transfer to Cinque Terre

After breakfast, check out from your Venice hotel, your personal English-speaker driver is waiting for you to escort you to Venice train station where you will catch a Freccia train, destination? Cinque Terre !
The Cinque Terre (five towns) is a string of five fishing villages perched high on the Italian Riviera (region Liguria) which until recently were linked only by mule tracks and accessible only by rail or water. The area is noted for its beauty. Over centuries, people have carefully built terraces to cultivate grapes and olives on the rugged, steep landscape right up to the cliffs that overlook the Mediterranean Sea.
The breathtaking views of harbours far below the wild but hospitable coastline along with the medieval fortresses and plentiful vines and vibrant colours make this a memorable holiday. The Cinque Terre, recognized in 1997 by the Unesco Mankind's World Heritage, are today a National Park and Protected Marine Area with the aim of protecting this great cultural heritage and natural environment.

Walking & Winery Tour

Breakfast is served, then you will be in the right mood for a walking tour discovering the marvels of Cinque Terre.
With your expert, local guide appreciates the traditions, the natural beauties and the history of this beautiful and protected area where over the years the locals built miles of dry stone walls on terraces for growing wines and where are the five famous villages of fishermen. Riomaggiore the most southern village known for its historic character dates back to the 13th century, and for its wine produced in the surrounding vineyards; Manarola probably founded in the Roman time with its magnificent panorama; Corniglia located on a panoramic hilltop and reachable with about 400 stairs for the train station. Vernazza the only of the five villages with a natural harbor. Monterosso with a beautiful sandy beach.
In the afternoon, we will open up to you the legend of Cinque Terre vineyards where smell of the sea rising up the steep cliffs with vineyards clinging to their sides mingles to the aroma of herbs growing wild and flowers scent.
In the very heart of Monterosso village you will learn all about the mysterious and hard way of making wines in the Cinque Terre and Colli di Luni area, today producers of excellent and top-rate wines. Under the guidance of our wine expert, famous and talented winemakers are ready to explain you the unique techniques used today to join tradition and innovation with the only aim to create a genuine, natural and exquisite wine. Wine tasting provided by professional sommeliers and you may try delicious bruschetta (those made with Monterosso anchovies are a must!), an excellent selection of cheese served with chutneys, magnificent salads and traditional desserts.

Transfer to Florence

Have a nice breakfast, today will be a long day!
After your breakfast you should do the check out from your hotel, your personal driver is waiting for you, he will escort you to a local train station, where you will catch a Freccia train, destination? Florence!
Arrived at the Florence Train Station, you will immediately be captured by the magnificence even of the train station, once you will be out you will have the chance to admire one of the most plenty of historic cities of Italy. Another friendly driver will accompany you to your centrally located hotel, once set up, take advantage of your free time and leave to the discovery of Florence’s streets and highlights, you can take the chance to visit the old food market and enjoy a typical meal.

You will have the rare privilege of learning how to look at and appreciate masterpieces, from works by the genius Leonardo da Vinci, to Giotto's one-of-a- kind touches, to Botticelli's magical flower-filled "Primavera" and striking "Venere".
These artworks will come to life before your eyes. There will be a break during the visit: take the time for a frothy cappuccino or coffee at the Uffizi Café located on the terrace above the ancient Loggia dei Lanzi, with a spectacular panorama on history.

Tuscany Wine Experience

Today you will make a lovely exploration of the Tuscan countryside and discover all the secrets of the production of Wine and Olive Oil while visiting and having lunch at a Boutique Winery in the Chianti Wine Region. Wine and Olive Oil are the essence and the two kings of Tuscany food and wine culture. There is no Tuscan recipe that doesn't include olive oil in its preparation and doesn't consider a specific wine to be paired with.
Marvelous landscapes of vineyards and olive groves will surround you, while you reach the winery on top of a hill. Once there, a wine expert will welcome you and take you for the ancient cellar visit, still used today for wine production. The sommelier will explain the sophisticated techniques of winemaking and teach you to distinguish the different and various scents and flavors that each wine presents.
Just if you want and wish, a special Wine Lab experience, fun and educational, will let you understand how different varieties of pure wines (from Sangiovese, Canaiolo grapes etc.) are blended to obtain the final complex wines, each one with a peculiar bouquet of scents and flavors. You will then be served lunch, while you will learn the basics of pairing different wines with specific dishes. You will enjoy 4 different wines, including Chianti and Super Tuscan - from the estate. Plus, a sweet typical dessert wine. You will also taste the region's finest olive oil with typical unsalted Tuscan bread.

Transfer to Sorrento on the Almalfi Coast

After your breakfast in Florence, check out from your hotel and meet your English- speaking personal driver who will accompany you to the train station, where you will catch the Freccia Train to Naples, which will speed you down most of the length of the “Boot of Italy”.
Here you will be met by another friendly driver, who will bring you at the centrally located hotel in Sorrento. You will be driven along the fascinating winding roads of the Amalfi Coast, high up over the sea. Even if you are getting tired, it will not be easy to take your eyes off the road and the amazing views, landscapes that you will never forget.
Time to enjoy the quaint, small streets and visit some of the tempting little Boutiques or just sit at the Street Cafés and watch the Cat-Walk of fashionable people!

Capri Island & Boat to the Blue Grotto

Have your delightful breakfast at the hotel, a wonderful excursion awaits you. This tour will also enable you to take on board the magnificent coastline views from the sea.
You will have a 25-minute boat ride, during which you can check out and start to marvel at the scenic views of the Island of Capri. Once arrived, together with your tour guide, you will be transferred along the winding road all the way up to Anacapri, which sits 1800 feet above sea level for some breathtaking moments.
Higher points of the island can be reached by chairlift! Later, your guide will walk you through the bustling narrow streets of Capri, with its old buildings and pavement cafes. Your guide can also share with you the best places to savor the specialties of these amazing areas. The sea is such a vital part here that you couldn’t leave without hearing all about the fish that are the daily treasures, which find their way from the exuberant Fish Markets to the table of the remarkable restaurants along the coast.
Find out where the locals eat and follow your instinct! After lunch, you will have the opportunity to explore the Augustus Gardens, the many exquisite boutiques and gift shops. In the afternoon, you will visit the famous Blue Grotto or you could have an alternative romantic boat-trip around the island.

Sorrento Gourmet Tour

Breakfast at the Hotel is served, after that your private driver will drive you towards Schiazzano, a picturesque town nearby Amalfi, where you will have the chance to take part to the famous Enogastronomic tour “Schiazzano and traditions", that is an unmissable trip among culture, perfumes, tastes and knowledge of the past with the intention to enhance to all the visitors the most illustrious products of our beloved Sorrento Peninsula.
The Lemon of Sorrento I.G.P., the Provolone del Monaco D.O.P., the extra virgin olive oil D.O.P. and the famous Pizza Margherita are remarkable European trademarks.
The tour will offer you the opportunity to walk along the paths of an ancient Farm, knowing its history and remaining entranced from the qualitative products that earth offers. You will be refreshed by a cool lemonade and you will taste the aged Provolone del Monaco D.O.P., the delicate Ricotta, the soft Mozzarella and the fresh Caciottine worked at moment, the genuine Salami, the uniqueness of our extra virgin olive oil smeared on the typical handmade bread, everything accompanied by a good red wine of "Aglianico".

Transfer to Rome

Welcome to Rome! At the airport, you will meet your private English-speaking driver who will accompany you to your centrally located hotel. Rome such a fascinating city: feel the atmosphere of the Gladiators and start to take in the History and works of art that are on every street corner.
Here you will have to relax after your journey and to start discovering at your own pace this ancient Metropolis. The central position of your hotel will allow you to explore the city on foot, easily reaching sites of historical and artistic interest such as the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain besides many famous restaurants of course; therefore a stroll around, even at the end of a long day, is perfectly enjoyable, moving easily from one Piazza to the next: besides even just sitting around sipping an aperitivo, tasting some local vino or enjoying some great gelato whilst watching the locals speed by on their ‘vespas’ will soon awaken any tired spirits!

Rome Walking Tour

After breakfast at the Hotel you will meet up with your knowledgeable your friendly English speaking guide who can offer you a unique experience whilst strolling through the ancient parts of Rome, taking you back about 2000 years to the glories of the Roman Empire to admire the Roman Forums and the Palatine.
At that time, the citizens of Rome were witnessing the construction of one of its now best-preserved buildings: The Amphitheatrum Flavium, better known as the Colosseum.
Go through some of the most spectacular highlights of Imperial Rome and relive the days of the Ancient Romans.
Your Guide will also show you another interesting, different side of Italy... You probably know the saying that the Italians “live to eat” and not vice-versa... well today should give you a pretty good confirmation of that: – lots of things to see and even more to taste and sample, which will prove to you that ROMA is by no means just Art and History...
In fact, we believe that the best way to understanding the real Roman local life, is to look out for the small and historic food stalls; the local, lesser-known bars of the capital and possibly visit one of the most important, lively Markets of the Capital and much more, all whilst taking in the historical sights too.
