From there, we will take you to a local “Acetaia” where you will receive a tour from a prestigious producer of traditional balsamic vinegar in a historical family-run facility. Imagine a farmhouse, dating back to the XVI century, rich in traditions and history, surrounded by vineyards and gardens: this is the kind of place where balsamic vinegar is born.

It’s a family business dating back to the early decade of Italy and still running strong nowadays. There you will journey through wooden barrels, which in some case can date back more than one hundred years, to the actual laboratory where the vinegar is made, learning the secrets of a product beloved and well –known in the entire world.
