This beautiful villa is located in a secluded and private area, perched up the Amalfi Coast right in the centre of the village of Praiano (6,5 km to Positano, 8 km to Amalfi, 30 km to Pompei and 70 km to the Naples Airport) and at fewest steps to restaurants, bars and main shops. The SITA bus stop for the Amalfi Coast – Sorrento line is few meters away and at a short walking distance, you can find beaches, bars, restaurant and groceries. Surrounded by large terraces with Mediterranean plants and flowers, the villa offers an impressive view of the sea from Salerno to Capri and from Positano to Amalfi..

About 150 meters from the villa there is a path of steps that comes down to the beach of Praia, near the Saracen Tower of Praiano. Here you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas and there is also a restaurant and a bar.

The entrance is only a few steps from the main road. A beautiful white staircase brings you inside the property. There is a large terrace with lemon trees and a first impressive panoramic view of the coast, which is equipped with chairs, a stone barbecue and a pizza oven. A staircase leads to a second terrace where you can find another table and chairs together with a beautiful collection of roses. The same staircases leads to the amazing seawater pool (18 x 5 mt – it can be heated on request), with shower, toilet and a mini-bar. From the pool terrace, guests can enjoy an incredible view over the sea, the coast and the islands of Li Galli. Here you can find sun loungers and large umbrellas, but also an outdoor shower, and a shaded corner with orange and lemon trees. Both terrace and pool are lit up at night. Villa Blanca has also two parking spaces about 300 meters away from the property (suitable for a minivan and a car). The villa, which is furnished in true Amalfi style with arched windows and columns, blends perfectly with the natural surroundings. The property is spread over three floors (also a tower up to the front door, which is accessed independently), but the first is kept closed..

The rooms on the main level open to a terrace with covered and uncovered areas, where you can eat or relax. At the sunset or in the evening the cool breeze blowing from the sea will make perfect a dinner or a drink to sip in one of its lounge areas.

Main floor A shady terrace runs all along the floor and from all the rooms you can enjoy a wonderful view over the coast and the sea. In the entrance, there is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer with ice maker, large oven, microwave, dishwasher, and laundry (washing machine can be used only by the staff). A large living room with a sofa and a study area look out onto the terrace. The dining room, decorated with original fragments of columns and Roman remains, has a large 12-seater table with a glass top. The main floor is also furnished with antique furniture, a marble table, a piano, sofas and a fireplace.

Lower Level A 20 steps staircase leads on the lower floor. A long hallway connects 6 queens double rooms, all with en suite bathroom and French doors that open onto the terrace. All the bedrooms are decorated in a classic style with elegant furnishings. Some of the bedrooms can be made up as a twin on request. One bedroom can be connected by a door to the next bedroom, if necessary.

Tower The access to this annexe is through a 25 steps staircase. The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, which share a small bathroom with a shower. French doors open to a small balcony with a stunning view on the coast and the town of Praiano. Guest can stay in the tower only paying an extra cost.

Villa Blanca has a complete set of facilities including TV and DVD in six bedrooms on the lower floor, TV and stereo in the living room, air conditioning and wifi internet access.
