The villa is located on a "poggio" (little hill) full of olive trees, and in a panoramic position. The village of Ista d'Ombrone (shops, restaurant, pharmacy) is about 10 km away. Grosseto, the capital of the Maremma, is 10 km away too. Villa’ style is rustic and elegant, with 10 sleeps, 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and a covered parking lot. We recommend the following excursions in the area: Uccellina Natural Park at 20 km, the sea (Marina di Alberese), Terme di Saturnia at 40 km, Natural WWF Oasis of Orbetello at 40 km (where you can get horseback riding excursions and canoeing), Siena at 79 km.

The villages on the Apennine ridge that runs along the Tyrrhenian Sea are full of historical and gastronomic appeal: e.g. Magliano, Pereta, Pitigliano, Scansano known for its many wine bars, Massa Marittima and its cathedral, and the historic ports on the sea such as Porto Ercole, Talamone, Orbetello and Castiglione della Pescaia. At home, you will find mr. Gianni, always available to organize excursions and prepare upon request the best traditional recipes coming from the domestic cuisine

The Accommodation

The Villa is accessed from a private gate that leads to a little hill “Poggio”, surrounded by well-kept and manicured front lawns with a top view of the property. The private swimming pool (m14x5) is located in the garden of the Villa. The villa is spread over two floors. The premises are elegantly furnished with antiques and fireplace, desks and bookcases, sculptures and modern elements, and come with original wood flooring and large windows with magnificent views.

It is completed by a large kitchen equipped with all dishes, pots, cutlery, glasses and appliances such as dishwashers, Refrigerator, Oven, Microwave, Grill, Coﬀee Maker, Kitchen, necessary to prepare any meal for all guests of the house. Finally, a laundry room equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

On the ground floor, overlooking the porch and the rear garden, there are the large living room, the library, the dining room and the sitting rooms. There are one double and two twin bedrooms.

One double bedroom is located on the first floor. Two additional single beds can be added to this room.

All bedrooms are en-suite (bathtubs with wall mounted showers)
